- Customs & Import Charges: Import duties, which vary by country, are the responsibility of the recipient. Taxes and charges are included in the item price or shipping fees.
30-Day Return and Refund Policy
- Policy Validity: Our Return and Refund Policy is valid for 30 days from your original purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
- Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Exchange Process: For the same product exchange, email us at hello@themulen.com. We will provide the return address and further instructions.
- Condition for Exchanges: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
